Urania, Vienna, Austria
Where we are:"Die Urania" is a famous building in Vienna's first district. As an former observatory it's now used as (movie)theater and for events (culture & science) and exhibitions. And there's a restaurant...
What you get:
The menu is short and expensive - and great! I really spent some money there - but it was worth every penny/cent. Having breakfast on a lazy Sunday morning (or even afternoon) is also a good and delicious idea. All the people there seemed to be in their twenties (only a few thirtysomethings), the staff is friendly and hard working for your well-being. Great mood and spirit inside!

Rating:
The restrooms are downstairs and not part of the restaurant - at least they've to share them and they're not exclusively used for the guests of the restaurant. Downstairs is also a downside - they are at least two notches below the qualties of the restaurant. But the penalty is only one golden toilet - 'cause the rest is just great.
4 of 5 golden toilets!
